AA MRSS likes to invite you for Alcoholics Anonymous Maharashtra Rajya Sevasamiti (AA MRSS), India “Four Monthly Conference, Public Awareness Meeting, Mini Night Vigil in Jalna, and to start a New Group in New Town of Maharashtra

Date October 13th & 14th (2012)” & on this auspicious occasion, We would like to invite you’ll to join us at Mahanubhav, Shri Datta Mandir, Masta Gad, Jalna (Maharashtra – INDIA). The event is being collectively organized by all AA Members from Maharashtra (INDIA).

Program Schedule:

Day 1st -> 13th October, 2012

Morning Session:

1) Registration, Tea & Snacks -> 6am To 9am

2) Serenity Prayer, Preamble, Welcome Speech -> 9am To 10am

3) AA MRSS Business Meeting -> 10am To 1pm

 

Afternoon Session:

1) Lunch Break -> 1pm To 2pm

2) AA MRSS Business Meeting -> 2pm To 4pm

3) Tea Break -> 4pm To 5pm

 

Evening Session:

1) Public Awareness Meeting -> 5pm To 8pm

2) Dinner -> 8pm To 9pm

3) Mini Night Vigil -> 9pm To 12pm

 

Day 2nd -> 14th October, 2012

Morning Session:

1) Early Birds AA Meeting 7:30am To 9am

2) Tea & Snacks Break 9am To 10am

3) AA MRSS Business Meeting 10am To 1pm

 

Afternoon Session:

1) Lunch Break -> 1pm To 2pm

2) Conclusion of AA MRSS Business Meeting + Thanksgiving + Gratitude -> 2pm To 5pm

3) AA MRSS Conference Closure with Serenity Prayer -> 5pm
